Simple ritual restful sleepAll my days are pretty full-on. I’m sure yours are too. When I have a good sleep I feel ready for my day. 

As part of my new year goal to make more time for myself, I’ve been inspired to re-work my evening routine.

My bed-time ritual is something I really enjoy. When I make a small space for myself in the evening, I know I feel so much more relaxed and even peaceful.

Quiet time helps me prepare for sleep.

The key for me is to have a sequence of things I do before bed, and to make it a routine.
