Summer is finally here, with longer days, warmth and sunshine for us to enjoy.

It’s also a naturally busy time, with more opportunity to be outside in the evenings and weekends. Summer is a time for events such as weddings, fairs and festivals.

With all this activity, if you’re not careful, you might end up over-committed.

Stress and overwhelm can start to happen, which isn’t much fun for the people around us either.

You might need to try a bit harder to make time for yourself when it’s summer.

I know that when I take care of myself I feel calm and happy.

If you want to have more to give to your family,  friends and even your work, you might want to make time for some summer self-care.
